Android don't run on the ARM920T used in Neo1973. In the following site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ARM_architecture#ARM_cores there is a table where are described all the ARM cpu. Android framework is compiled for the ARMv5 architecture version, so run on the all the processors that belong to this architecture version and also in some cpu of the new architecture (ARMv6/v7).
