Hi, as a new developer on Android I have some ideas that could be implemented using NFC. Some researches I did showed that there are many matches between Open Handset Alliance members and NFC Forum members. Another point is, that there is (as you may know) already a Java API.
In my opinion there HAS to be a NFC interface in future gPhones (maybe not 1G). In Japan there is already a similar system used that implements parts of the NFC spec. called FeliCa.
