Figured out the issue: First you have to add the following to your ~/.bashrc file:
export JAVA_HOME='/home/<user>/Desktop/JDK6.32' PATH=.:$JAVA_HOME/bin:$JAVA_HOME/jre/bin:$PATH THEN prior to running the make, run the: $ export ANDROID_JAVA_HOME=$JAVA_HOME Now to go through the make errors...
