No,  I give "adb devices" result empty list  "adb shell" command "error:
device not found" but I am all ready mouted to my sdCard.

I start emulator from eclipse and give

"adb devices" its results to 
List of devices attached 
emulator-5554   device

"adb shell" command connect to device so i can give linux command as
ls,pwd
