Your problem is simple - your kernel version doesn't match wlan driver
version that is not part of the kernel.
Resolution is not very simple - you need to compile wlan module from
system/ti/wlan/sta_dk_4_0_4_32 against your new kernel
and upload it to /system/lib/modules
