And I fixed it myself. The problem in my case was that the partition I made had the boot.img badly copied. It had to be flashed via fastboot or via recovery package. Also, the partition partition id had to be 48 (boot).
But is there a way to load it from a fat partition? So it has several files in it, one of them would be boot.img.
