Where did you get goldfish 3.4 from? You don't have goldfish at common.git or any other 3.X kernel, only 2.6.29. If you want to run android emulator - port the drivers. I can help you out with X86 "goldfish" part, could work for ARM, could not work for ARM. Let me know
