I ran into a problem with run-as after switching to Kitkat release (on
non-rooted device only).
The problem is that setegid() call fails in get_package_info() ->
map_file(). I figure this must have something to do with the file
capability settings, but found related patches are there in the code base,

And there is also a recent change to use package_info group rather than
system,

Do you have any idea what else could be wrong? Any pointer is appreciated.
