Last weekend I built Android cupcake on a ubutu 8.10 host for X86. I found a number of places where I needed to update the source code to do the right things WRT C and C++ standard libraries for algorithm, string, strings.h.
It seems that there is tool chain leakage from the host into the build and the source code is not portable to newer compilers. Are these known bugs google?
