I'm guessing a bit here because I haven't looked too deeply into it, but I believe you'll need an FLV parser/demuxer plus a VP6 decoder. The parser would have to be integrated as a native OpenCore node. You could integrate the codec as a native OpenCore node or as an OpenMax codec using the IL extensions.
