This all depends. Officially Android requires a touch screen for anyone
wanting to ship an Android device with the intention of supporting the
install of third party applications. We don't currently have any plans to
support non-touch Android devices. That said, there is nothing intrinsic to
Android that precludes removing the requirement, and you will notice that
most of the UI of the built-in applications can be navigated without a touch
screen.

Note: please don't send private questions to me, as I don't have time to
provide private support. All such questions should be posted on public
forums, where I and others can see and answer them.
