320x240 screens are not supported in the current platform, thought this is on the roadmap. You can play around with such resolutions by adjusting the density appropriately... however, if your problems is that the UI shown on that screen is too -small- rather than being too large, then I don't think we will be supporting such a screen officially in the platform (with application compatibility and such) any time soon. Both reducing the screen resolution and increasing the screen density is going to leave so little space that most existing apps simply won't work. :}
