For tesing I commented these services.
#service flash_recovery /system/bin/flash_image recovery
/system/recovery.img
# oneshot
#service netstart /system/bin/netcfg eth0 dhcp

# oneshot
Now with top everything looks normal. I am able to get sdcard automounted
also. But flickering is still coming.
