Hi,

Passing the apicheck is not the only thing needed. You want to be very
careful about:
- Memory usage
- Performance (especially startup time)
- Security

The last point is very important and dxTop for instance is NOT suited
AT ALL to be the default Home screen on a phone because of its widget
implementation. As it stands, any widget can steal the user's contacts
list, make phone calls, use the internet connection, read/write the
general settings, etc. Widgets can also spoof any app on the Home
screen. For instance, the user launches the default Browser but it's
another Browser that launches, that steals all logins/passwords and
sends them to a remote web site.

dxTop is a great app with cool features but I strongly advise against
using it as the default Home for security reasons.
