There are existing ports to various ARM9 platforms.

The simulated 'goldfish' platform is a (virtual) ARM9 device, although
it is ARMv5.

There is also ports to ARM920T, which is an ARMv4T platform, as part
of the effort to get Android running on the OpenMoko device.
