I've ATI graphic card on the system that is running Android cupcake. With software emulation, OpenGL code runs really slow on it. I understand that GPU drivers are proprietary and doesn't come with the Android source.
Now, I would like to know what are the steps involved in providing hardware acceleration to my Android applications? I understand that Android directly access FrameBuffer. If that is the case, what are the options? Please advice.
