Hi,
How are the android/kernel files used in the SDK. I heard that
it wasn't compiled when you type 'make -j 4'. Is this true? What
purpose does its existence serve in the SDK directory structure?
I ask this because, when developing the port of android-2.6.29 to TI
OMAP 3503, I separately extracted all the required patches in
different directory, and built the rootfs images separately.
The android/kernel image is still at 2.6.27 in android-sdk-1.5-pre. So
till now I didn't replace it with my modified android-omap3-2.6.29
kernel sources.
I find that the gl functions are all failing, and was wondering if
this has something to do with the fact that the kernel version in the
SDK folder is an older one.
Does this have an impact while building the rest of the android-sdk?
Best regards,
Elvis
