Hi, I bought a "looks brand new" Tmobile Dream phone from eBay, sim-locked (no sim provided). I wonder can I use any of those available rom+radio update to this phone directly (with the hope to crack it's sim lock) ... Will I end up bricking my phone by doing above steps??
or can anyone explain to me how SIM-lock works? I'm staying away from US (in a country with no T-mobile Service Provider), ... so pls don't ask me to stay using T-mobile (I dun have one), ... and pls don't reply ask me to pay to unlock (I will NOT), unless official unlock.
