Hello everybody, our custom android board is connected via WiFi or LAN to the internet which works fine. But since the Android ConnectivityManager or ConnectivityService is not aware of this we are getting popups from a lot of apps (e.g. Browser) that we have no data connection. With the Android Cupcake release one could just set "ro.radio.noril" to "yes" to let the board think it is connected. This forced PhoneFactory to create a simulated GSM phone. But with the Donut release the PhoneFactory does not do this anymore.
