My problem originates from the lost APN setting. In [ Wireless controls => Mobile network settings => Access Point Names], there is no any setting there. After I look for the solution, I find out the '/ data/data/com.android.providers.telephony.databses/telephony.db' stores all of the APN setting and it will be constructed in runtime based on '/system/etc/apns-conf.xml'. I have confrimed that apns- conf.xml exists intact, but 'telephony.db' can not be found. Even then I make a copy of this file into my devices, but the APN setting still disappear. How can the telephony.db be generated automatically?
