Short answer: you can't. Long answer: you will probably be contacted off-list and made to sign a bunch of NDAs and such in order to get the "google experience" (or portions thereof) to get market on your device. Several people on this list and others will ask for info about that process but you'll disappear (see NDAs above) and this will sit unanswered, until the next round.
