I modified the classes which I mentioned and I have been able to
change the behavior of the lock screen. Both of us are correct about
the files and functions but still could not pin-point the function
which decides which function decides which UI to display.

I will try to back trace the function call from isSecure() but if
meanwhile you find the function, please do update.
