For 2G connection, in APN settings window, I don't see MCC/MNC
settings. Those are blanc. Usually Android will show those settings
automatically when we use new APN settings window.

And even if I fill those MCC/MNC values manually, and set APN and save
it, after saving those settings disappear, not visible anymore.

For 3G, I don't see this isse as I am able to get PS connection by
setting APN.
