I don't know where you found 32MB RAM, but that is way too low.  You want at
least 100MB available to the *kernel*, after you have taken out the memory
needed for other things like the radio, DSPs, etc.

To be able to include Market, the requirements are always available here
under "Current CDD": http://source.android.com/compatibility/index.html
