ah ... Kernel side yes, But would be kind of straight-forward.
Just dump the whole net/bluetooth/ folder from the newest k.org kernel
into the android kernel ...
What we wouldn't have is few fixes - which aren't super critical ....
apart from that Google I don't suppose has huge changes in net/bluetooth/
