Hello All! Let's say i would like port android for a new device. I'm wondering what are the legal problems. I assume the pure Android Code is on Apache License so I can use it freely. Is that right? I goggled a bit and I found that i cannot use Google-Apps such Google maps, YouTube etc without google permission. But i haven’t found reasonable answers yet. And also what about Android Market on such device? Do you know what's google policy in that case?
