We have not put out a 4G (LTE) capable product.  We have been proposing
changes to the RIL - they can be viewed at
https://review.source.android.com/#change,20467.  Comments/questions are
welcome.  This version is certainly not the last RIL version, but it should
give you visibility into our direction and intent.
