Hi Amit, Had the same issue, it doesn't work correctly with NFS, the problem is uid and gid related. Search for "wifi and nfs permissions" in the rowboat mailinglist you find a response from sergey based on my effort to get wifi up and running will using NFS.
>From sergey's response a possible sollution might be adding the uid/gid to the server side but I haven't tried it yet.
