If you have a device, you should have access to the kernel sources, if
you do not, if you write to the company, you can request it.  The
kernel is GPL licensed so there is no way around them giving you
access.  Be civil with your request, and most companies are more than
willing to help out.  If you're doing a port using a different kernel,
you might be SOL.  I've not dealt much with any HC devices though, so
I'm not sure what all is required.
