Hi Partha,

You may try to access PC serial port in android emulator, that I also
had not done before.

I searched this question in the internet, and there are same
suggestions:
1. Use this command to start up your emulator: emulator -radio /dev/
ttyS0
2. Rrefer to the detail information of "ril" from internet.
