I, Implement Ur WindowManager this way is recommended, start with WindowManager(similarly with PhoneWindowManager and MidWindowManager), and U should modify the WindowManagerService, ActivityManagerService etc. II, just modify ActivityManager should work, but it's hard and not recommended.
