I see this file in "/system/etc" in most of devices running android.
All of them define devices like AndroidPlayback_Speaker or
AndroidRecord_Microphone along with the 2 Mixer devices ctl.AndroinIn
and ctl.AndroidOut. Same names in all of them. So my question is are
these names standard for all devices. So if they are not already
there or if the file is missing {AND} I define these aliases in the
"asound.conf" file, then will Android automatically start using these
Instead of the defaults?
Can I create this file with the settings I want and expect android to
start using them?
Can I define AndroidPlayback_Speaker_normal and expect its setting to
be used when idle?
or is there something else i should be editing as well ?
