Hi venky6 babu and babuvenkatesh56, if your modem have two physical ports then there is no problem AFAIK, just see my previous messages in this thread .
telephony (rild daemon) pass one port and net connection (pppd) pass other one. but if have only one physical port and you want to integrate two modules then there is conflicting here. i have been trying it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!
