I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your specific question, but I believe that AndroidResamplerSinc code has not been qualified recently (meaning it has not been verified for correctness, performance, audio quality, etc.). It's probably still fine, it just hasn't been tested recently AFAIK. If you do get it to work, please post your results here -- it would be great to have a better sample rate converter available than the default, and knowing the characteristics of these and other SRCs will help in the evaluation.
