Hi,

To make it clear I am doing "Android porting on my device", that means
I just got rid of the kernel drivers + hacking bluedroid to not use
rfkill interface.

I am talking about switching on Bluetooth in Settings UI, although I
haven't tried `bttest enable` from shell.

One day I will get you a full logcat log, but not now as I don't have
time to do this.
