I just upgraded to ICS Stunner (4.0.3 Beta) on my Galaxy Note, and the
HP Touchpad Bluetooth keyboard (which worked in GB) no longer
responds.

I found, for £1.50, you can buy an app called "External Keyboard Pro".
There's a demo version available so you can be sure it works. Also
supports custom remapping, which makes it all the more worthwhile for
me.
