Hi, The problem could be with your userdata.img. If you are using your SD card boot, please format the SD Card EXT4 Partition and copy the FS images to the SD card and then check.
2) What is the Size of the Data Partition? if your Data partition doesnt have enough memory Android Does not boot and your Dalvik cannot create the Classes required for booting Android in data partition. btw, Can you please let me know what is the chipset you are working? and which version of android you are trying to port.
