See frameworks/base/services/input/InputReader.cpp and
frameworks/base/services/input/InputReader.h from
http://www.android-x86.org/. They have pointercal support integrated.
This would be great if this support would be integrated into AOSP or at
least to provide a conversion from these values into ICS own.
