My phone is a spica and it would be a dream come true if i could port it :D all ICS phones run at 400Mhz or less for atleast 95% of their lifetime.. 800Mhz armv6 of spica is good enough., but key part is graphics -> if it could be hw accelerated, phone performance would be good., if not and if MPU have to compos and render all surfaces, ICS will be way too sluggish in that platform..
