Hi

Has anyone tried this patch in ICS 4.0.4.
I am trying to apply the same patch for my custom hardware running on
ICS4.0.4.

Some apps such as skype doesn't work when ethernet is connected. ( Although
browser works fine for me).
Can this patch solve my problem?
