Hi, I have source code of device kernel (v2.6.29) and I want to run some newer version on it. It is MSM7227 device. Should I make diff between device's kernel and the same version of AOSP kernel then apply differences to version that I want to port? Am I right? That's how it should be done? Do you think this chip (744MHz) could run v3.x.x kernel?
