The driver itself isn't difficult. The rest depends whether it is a host controller (not sure about naming) , host interface (not sure about naming), peripheral driver (udc) or gadget driver. If it is a host controller or a host interface, it is simple, If it is a udc you may need to make it compatible with the Android gadget driver. If it is a gadget driver you may need to integrate it with the Android gadget driver, or you need to remove the Android gadget driver functionality.
