1) Kernel drivers for lcd panels, then your board<whatever>.c for your 
hardware will need to specify the correct video driver... which is usually 
for my projects, that has been in 
drivers/video/omap2/displays/panel-generic-dpi.c 

2) The touchscreen driver is going to depend on the kernel driver being 
present, and the input device configuration file that sets up calibration 
etc for the touch screen device
