Using prints I have found that NetdNativeService::dump gets called by then
it calls checkCallingPermission("android.permission.DUMP", ...).
Last print in logcat is
04-15 08:45:29.936 137 137 I ServiceManager: Waiting to check
permission android.permission.DUMP from uid=0 pid=248
I will appreciate any suggestion how to debug this.
