Hey all, recently I was trying out some free Android Antivirus Application and I have got several questions about that.
First of all, what is the architecture of such an application? Is it actually able to scan data of all installed applications (and if it is, doesn't is has to have root access or smth?) on the device or it just checks general system settings against some pattern? Secondly, what kind of information does it use in order to block malicious/dangerous apps during installation (firewall option)?
