I got eap-tls to work with an imported root/intermediate/personal cert store (in .p12 format) in android 2.0 on my Motorola Droid.
It was flaky, but it worked. Since my upgrade to 2.01, and subsequently to 2.1, I can't get it to work any more. Has anyone out there gotten this to work?
