If you have access to your own wi-fi network, you could setup your own
mail server (to support IMAP4 or POP3) relatively easy using the SME
server in "server-only" mode.  You could also probably run it inside a
virtual machine (e.g. using VmWare Player or Oracle/Sun Virtual Box)
using the very same machine you want to send the malformed emails
from.

I haven't actually tried this out.  You might want to use an IP
address to avoid complications with setting up DNS.  So assuming the
server was at 192.168.1.100, for example, you would specify your email
as [email protected].
