Hi, Thank you for your tips :) The code posted by vtorre looks very usefull for en- and decrypting the string. I think i'll give it a try with it.
@chris i uses the rest architecture on GAE as my webservice, which is a new topic for me. i used Jax-RS (jersey) for building the webservice. It goes over HTTP.
