Er.  Just use the same certificate...?  Either use jarsigner directly to
sign them, or put the same certificate as the one to use for the two
environments (the Eclipse signing, and the build system).  If you look at
other apps in the build system, especially ones in frameworks/base/packages,
you will see how to specify a certificate to use.
