I got a Nexus S on 12/30/2010. *#*#checkin#*#* reports that I am up 2 date.
I downloaded the update at; http://android.clients.google.com/packages/ota/google_crespo/a71a2082d553.signed-soju-GRH78-from-GRH55.a71a2082.zip but I get; -- Install /sdcard ... Finding update package... Opening update package... Verifying update package... E:failed to verify whole-file signature E:signature verification failed Installation aborted. when I try to install it. Others claim they had the same issue, and that it is because they were shipped with a pre-release OS. Is it possible to fix this without voiding the warranty? Or should I exchange it?
